Anyone got a LabVIEW driver using VISA for Keithley 6220 current source?

for that I think you should contact Keithley if anything like this exists.
tried to search for it, but their page appears to be down for the moment.

yes, they supply a LabVIEW driver, but that calls IVI via a Keithley - DLL, so my app has to deliver several additional dlls and other files. They don't supply a pure LabVIEW VISA - driver....

NI is interested in developing a native LabVIEW Plug and Play driver for this instrument and we are working with Keithley to secure an instrument loan. I can't provide any details of when the driver will be available until I get the instrument in the possession of a developer.

can you share your vi with Visa for Keithley 6220 please ? What I need is just some simple DC functions : set curr, compliance voltage and FILT on/off...

Hey nitad,
NI has actually developed the driver for the Keitley 6220. You can get it through http://sine.ni.com/idnetwork/. Search for 6220 and it should be the first one on the list. You will need the IVI compliance Package version 2.3, which can also be found. That should all be linked on the page

I have downloaded mentioned driver (Keithley 6221) , but all I have found is the set of files, which are related to the .llb file (as replaied above). Is there any pure LabVIEW driver available (like for example for 2400), cause I would need to change some options inside several subVIs and I cannot, because all the subVIs are have only inputs and reference to the library inside. Or maybe someone has already made appropriate library? I need to use rather complex operations (Diff conuctance, custom sweep mode etc).
