COM port not recognized under Measurement & Automation

I connect an USB serial adapter to have one more serial port on my PC.
I install the USB serial adapter's driver but COM port is not recognized under Measurement & Automation explorer. Only COM1 is detected and not COM2
Any idea ??

Hello,

Did you install the NI-Serial driver before plug-in the USB serial adapter?
If yes, which version of the driver are you using ?
Did you reproduce the same behavior on another PC ?
