California Instruments 3091LD - 222 Error message

Dear all,

I have problem the California Instrument 3091LD. I try to test it but it is not allowing to input any number in and pop up an "222 error message" that means " Parameter data send with command is out of range." The solution suggested "Check mode or range settings."

However, the solution does not work.

Anyone has experience on this issue, highly appreciate for sharing it.

Unfortunately, we don't have any clue of what command you sent and how you sent in order to suggest a solution.
