As Dennis hinted earlier, I am not sure what you meant by parallel or batch model. The only parallel and batch model I know exist in the context of NI TestStand.
In any case, in a Spy capture, the only things relate to what you are asking are Process and Thread ID. If you are somehow able to corresond those IDs to the batch you are talking about, then you can sort by the IDs and get what you want. Otherwise, I don't think Spy currently has the feature you are looking for.
