Control of the parameters in a USB2000 spectrometer using LabVIEW 2010 (10.0.1 32-bit)

Hello hopefully helpful people,

I am looking to control parameters within the USB2000 spectrometer I am currently using from within labview. I know that this can be done from within the ocean optics software spectra suite but I was looking for a vi to allow control without swapping between software.

Currently using a windows 7 32 bit system and the above stated spectrometer. Will gladly post vast quantities of data if needed.

Drivers work fine and it functions on the settings left from the previous adjustments but will this allow for control of the details? Also I am using the 2000 not the 2000+ and I downloaded and updated those recently.

I don't understand what you mean by "control of the details". I am not familiar with the driver, so I cannot give you any details on its operation. I just pointed you to them since you were asking for VIs to control the instrument. Perhaps you can perform a search to find other examples.
