Could somebody check my code? I got problem to reset and stop it

I am learning Labview and trying to use it to control Agilent 3646 power supply.

In this code, I can't reset the Agilent E3646 and stop the running code. it always gives me  " no responding" error from windowns, and I have to terminate by task manager....
