Current is not exceeding 1mA during current sweep in Keithley 2410C

hi,
I am using Keithley 2410(C) SMU for the switching studies. I am unable to go beyond 1mA in 'Current sweep'. I want to sweep the current from 0 to 2 mA and come back to 0 mA. In the Current sweep mode, I can set the voltage compliance. however, I am not able to sweep it beyond 1 mA. Please help and let me know how to increase the current upper limit. Is it the problem of VI or the internal setting which can be changed?

There are a few things to check:

  1. What is the Source Range setting? {SENS:CURR:RANG?}
  2. Is the Source Range set during the sweep or is it in AutoRange?
  3. Is the Protection value set too low? {SENS:CURR:PROT?}
  4. The other option might be that the Calibration for the current might be incorrect.  Check the manual to determine how to reset. A 1Kohms resistor should have 1V across it if it is only driving 1mA or 10V if it is actually limiting at 10mA.

Thank you for the reply,
How to give these commands in LabVIEW, I don't have knowledge about LabVIEW and VI's. It will be really helpful if I get to know how to solve this issue with these commands. I use to set the voltage compliance for the current sweep from the front panel. Is it possible to change it through VI?

Thanks
