Dell PC freezes with thunderbold chassis

I'm using a 1083 thunderbolt chassis with a PXI-6251 Multifunction DAQ card. The card together with the PXI-6132 and PXI-6509 are seen correctly together with the chassis in NI MAX. But when I use the Testpanel of the 6251 and start an analogue output, the computer freezes right after pressing Start. No blue screen, just freeze. It needs a hard switch off and a double restart to see the NI components again. This behaviour is 100% reproducible. 

The computer is from Dell with a Dell Thunderbolt card. Newest BIOS and drivers of course running with Window 10. Several uninstalls and cleanings of the NI driver software did not help.

The chassis runs on my Dell Laptop without any problem, so doesn't seem to be the problem.

Any ideas?

I think the problem comes from your incorrect NI MAX version compatibility with DAQmx driver version. I found an Article where you can find solution in your case. Also, I see the post is quite old, and I hope the problem has already been resolved.
