I am unsure exactly what information you are looking for, but if you would like to request a .vi from a discussion forum user, you can feel free to use the private message feature.  To do this, click on the user and then click on "Send this user a private message" under the Contact section. 

Otherwise, as this is not directly related to the question above, I would recommend that you create a new discussion forum post and include some additional information regarding your question.
