Driver for flame spectrommeter ocean optics

Dear all,

I would be grateful if someone can help me to find drivers to my hardware " Flame spectrommeter ocean optics S-UV-VIS" I have tried to download the drivers on the following website but unfortunately it didn't work:

Hi Estephan,

What software versions are you using the drivers with? You'll need to make sure the download is compatible with the version of LabVIEW and NI-VISA you have installed. 

The S-UV-VIS isn't listed as a supported device for that drive so it may not work. It is likely that you will have to create or install the USB Raw Mode driver as it looks like that's what you device is using. 

It's worth contacting the manufacturer to ask if they have a driver available for the hardware.

Hi

You selected the correct driver, possibly for the correct LabVIEW, so what does not work?

Did you follow the readme for installing the correct instrument driver or had you already installed some drivers from Ocean Optics?

This Flame should be ok. It has the same driver as the USB 2000+ series

Hi Albert,

I have checked the file again. it is ocean optics 2000 4000. I have opened , and I am following the readme. I have found two files flame and USB2000+ Which one its  suitable in my case, because when I open my spectrometer I read 2000+ series and I know its the flame spectrometer and also when I have made the right click for each of them I did not find the selection of install. So could help me for some recommendations please. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am using version 1.5.6 ocean view and Lab view 2016 , I had a contact with company, they recommended me to use the flame file but  I did not find place to install , just I have found files. So?? thank you.
