Error -1073807202 at simple loopback test with serial port COM1

I have tried to make a loopback test with the serial port COM1. With hyperterminal it works. An error (-1073807202) occoures at Configure_Serial_Port.vi. I have tested the communication with different resource names. I have tried other serial vi's. (e.g. Find_Serial_Port.vi). It is always the same error at Configure_Serial_Port.vi. My System W-Me, Labview7.0.
Know somebody about this error?

Hi,

I'm also getting the same type of error but  even after following your previous link and installing the run time engine and the drivers...i'm facing exactly the  same error...
please guide me in rectifying the error and establishing the connection

Are you also getting the error at the VISA Configure Serial Port? Could you possibly post an NI-Spy capture showing when this error occurs as well as a screenshot of your LabVIEW code? Thanks!
