Error Msg - When launching MAX

When launching MAX (ver 4.5) I get the following error message.

Executable version (7.1.1) doesn't match resource file (7.1) check your configuration.

Hello Test Support,

I'm guessing that something similar to what the KB Executable Version (7.1.1) doesn't match resource file (7.1) describes occurred in your environment. Go ahead and try the steps given there.
