File - Print - fails to print documentation on printer... Preview works OK...

Running Labview 8.5 - Attempting to print font panel and diagram. The preview of the report looks OK, but when I print to a printer, I only get a header line and a blank page for the report. Any thoughts?

Hi RStewart,

1. Copy the data from the old VI to a new VI and see if you are still having this problem. The VI could have become corrupt.
   
2. See if you can  print to HTML
3. If you are using project, create a new project.
4. Are you having this problem with every single VI or just that particular one? Please test this using a basic VI
5. Try printing from a different computer

Thanks for the response.

I tried to print a smaller vi from the templates, and it fails to print - althought it prints some gibberish at the top of the page.

Printing to a HTML format with the simple VI seems to work.

Printing to a .rtf does work for the smaller vi, does not work with the larger one... I get "Failure saving file : c:\documents and setting..."

I'll try to move it to a new VI... Never have done that before, but shouldn't be to hard.

Let me know your exact error messages and also let me know what happens after you try to print from a new vi.
