GPIB Card not seen by Measurement and Automation Explorer

My PCI-GPIB card is recognized by my computer (via device manager) and I am able to communicate with instruments via LabView.  However, I am unable to see my GPIB card using the Measurement and Automation Explorer.

What versions of NI-488.2, MAX, and NI-VISA do you have?  It sounds like you'll either need to upgrade or reinstall.  The latest versions of NI-488.2 and NI-VISA can be downloaded here.  The latest version of MAX will install with NI-VISA.

It's pretty rare to see the card in device manager but not in MAX.  Could you post some screenshots of this?

Is your PCI-GPIB board an NI PCI-GPIB board? 3rd party GPIB boards will not show up in MAX. -Josh
