GPIB-ENET/1000 Reset and could not be found

Hi,

I have an GPIB Enet 1000 configured to a static IP address. But I could no longer see it on NI MAX. I tried to reset the device following those steps on the manual

"

1. Turn off the device.
2. Hold down the reset button.
3. While the reset button is being held down, turn on the device.
4. Continue holding down the button until the RDY LED blinks yellow. 
5. The interface with then reset to its default network characteristics and resume the boot process."

I did see the RDY LED blins yellow, but after releasing the button, the RDY LED keeps flashing orange. And I can't see it on NI MAX either. Do you know if I need to wait longer for the boot process to complete?
