During a test run, I suddenly encountered a GPIB hang-up issue on the tester side, which resulted is missing data. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details. I would appreciate it if anyone could help provide a solution.

Seems there is some GPIB bus timing error. What device is this? How old?

The fact that the instrument driver seems to use the old GPIB functions rather than VISA would hint at a rather old device. The extra fact that the commands look anything but SCPI only further cement that assumption.
If this happened only recently, without you changing to a faster computer or something, another point to check is your GPIB cables. They may be low cost cheap cables and/or worn out and that can significantly lower the reliability of the signals transferred over them. Don't laugh, you wouldn't be the first person by far fixing such errors by using new and reliably quality cables. Real cables may look expensive at first sight and cheaper ones may seem like a quick bargain, until you end up having this kind of trouble.
