GPIB LeCroy Waverunner EABO error

Hi,

I'm working with WaveRunner 6100 A Oscilloscope controlled through external PC connected via GPIB (Windows 7, LabVIEW 2010, PCI-GPIB card). The connection was OK and our LabVIEW program worked fine until I decided to clean up mess with the cables. I disconnected all cables from the devices and after cleaning up I connected them back. Everything should be OK, but it is not. I lost connection with LeCroy under the LabVIEW program (btw, not the first time). I tried to solve this problem, usually this problem happened suddenly and suddenly disappeared when we played with "checking" connections under MAX and VISA tools. Well this time problem stays and it is worse, because under the MAX the LeCroy scope is not recognizable anymore (see pic):

When I chcecked the NI-488.2 Communicator the EABO error appears:

and the same error appears in communication in IBIC:

Playing with options leads to situation when under MAX none of devices is visible.

Anyone has an idea how to fix this problem?

Hi,

I removed all the cables from PC, I removed the GPIB card, then putted back, connected everything back, and it works without any problems.

So, problem solved but I don't know what cause it.
