GPIB PCI installation, computer freezes

The conflict between NI PCI GPIB board and Spincore PB ESR board (www.spincore.com) was found.
When both are installed, computer freezes after any GPIB operation independent on software.
PB ESR board functions properly.
The conflict is found under Win 2000 PRo, XP Pro on three available computers including the newest one (PIV 3GHz).
PCI NI GPIB+ board functions in the same configurations properly.
On request of SPinCOre I have checked the VID and PID of boards: they are different.

Might be a problem with shared interrupts. Check the computer BIOS to find the current settings. Look for PCI Configuration, Plug and Play Configuration, or Advanced Settings in the BIOS Configuration Utility. You may be able to specify a particular IRQ for each PCI slot or reserve particular IRQs, which then are assigned to your PCI slots as needed.
