GPIB+PCI

We have a pc with oerativ system 98 with a gpib-pcII/a to comunicate with a test machine instron 4485 and a pci6035E to control a proportional maximum valvle.To comunicate with both we have used a program in labview a nd we note a deeper slowing down in the esecution of program and aquisition data when we use the two schede togherthan we use only the pci.what's the matter?How we can resolve this problem?

Hi,

I'm not sure if I got your question. You have a VI that communicates with a GPIB device, using the GPIB-PCII/IIA. And you also have a PCI-6035 to perform data acquisition. Is that right?.

When you run the two toghether you notice a slow down. On which VI?. How much slower?. It is difficult to provide suggestions without more information.
