GPIB-USB-B

We use the GPIB-USB-B interface to control an EMI Receiver. The driver was installed with administration rights and it works. But after restarting the PC new hardware was found and admin rights are needed again to reinstall the software.

Has someone an idea why the hardware must be reinstalled again and again. Are admin rights needed the whole time of use?

Pleas install the latest driver version and test the behaviour again.

Hi    ,

I think you should install the latest version of GPIB Driver (NI-488.2 v 2.7.3), And you will no longer see this situation.

I'm using GPIB-USB-B and with Win7 OS (Every time I connect GPIB-USB to PC, PC will automatically recognize this device no need to accept by Administrator right)
