Hi Axcel what exactly do you want to know? The last time the GPIB was connected to your computer? or the last time it was used on a program? If you can explain for what do you need it there may be a work around.

If you need to monitor, record, and display the NI-488.2 calls made from NI-488.2 applications,
right-click on your GPIB instrument (MAX) in the configuration tree, and select NI Spy.
By default, capture is off when you open NI Spy. You can change the default through the Spy»Options dialog box.
You can check the NI Spy help for more information.
