GPIB-USB-HS installation problem Vista

Every time I plug in my GPIB-USB-HS device Windows Vista tries to install but cannot find the driver. I've downloaded & installed version 2.5 of NI-488 but everytime the GPIB-USB-HS is plugged in Windows prompts me for an installation CD. I've tried pointing the installer to the National Instruments directory on the hard drive, but no luck in finding the driver.

Sorry to hear of your driver related issues, I was dealing with a simular problem a few weeks ago, which were solved by following the second of the following links.
