I have two identical interfaces , one of them works properly while the other, as soon as it is connected to the PC ,it turns on the active led (green)

but,after a couple of seconds the ready led glows amber and both the lights switch off.

After that,windows device manager shows it in wrong state , MAX does not recognize it.

It generates a 441 event ID with the following   event data

Hi,

sorry for the late reply.

I think you should contact your local NI branch office and open a service request to further troubleshoot the problem and eventually send the device to repair.
