GPIB and Windows 7

I was trying to install a GPIB-USB-HS onto a Windows 7 computer when the blue screen popped up, making me reboot my computer. I saw a disscusion on the same topic on here, but it was for Windows XPe. I was wondering what I can do to install the GPIB-USB-HS and not get the blue screen.

Hi Agate,

The GPIB-USB-HS should work fine with windows 7 as long as you are using the latest version of the 488.2 driver (2.7.3).If this does not fix the problem, please note where the bluescreen occurs, and what code is being displayed so that we can figure out what is causing the problem.
