GPIB not working

Hello,
on my XP-computer is Agilent-VISA and NI-VISA installed.
The agilent-visa works without problems and all instruments are found.
But i have problems to run VISA in labview. When trying to send a command to an instrument (like GPIB0::5::INSTR) i receive an error:

Error -1073807195 occurred at VISA Open in HP34970A Initialize.vi->LX_AT34970A_Initialize_Run.vi
Possible reason(s):
VISA:  (Hex 0xBFFF00A5) The interface type is valid, but the specified interface number is not configured.

I remember that the solution for this problem was to enable the tulip.dll in MAX, but i cant find an entry in MAX.
Attached a screenshot of Max-Werkzeuge.
What do i have to install to enable the tulib-dll?

You can find the passports by expanding the sofware listing in the configuration window, selecting NI-VISA, and clicing the VISA Options tab in the window on the right.

There is no "VISA Options tab" or am i looking at the wrong place (-> screenshot)

Problem solved.
After reinstalling NI-Visa 4.3 the tab to activate tulip.dll is available and everything works.
