Hey Nokuy,
Something that you may try, is go to Device Manager, by right click on My Computer->Properties->Hardware Tab->Device Manager. Check that the board is associated with National Instruments. Something I would recommend is right click on the board, and click uninstall. Uninstall will really just un-associate the board with the driver it is currently using, and will re-associate it with the correct driver. Then restart the computer, and it should go through the new hardware wizard, and you should be able to see GPIB0 in MAX.
