GPIB work in Measurement & Automation but does not work in .exe

I created and .exe (LabVIEW 2009) of a small .vi that comunicates to a ADTS40.  I loaded the drivers for USB-GPIB, runtime engine from the ni web site, and the .exe on a new computer.  I can communicate to the device using Measurement and Automation.  When i open the .exe, no devices appear in the pull down even after i press refresh.  This is the first .exe i've created in LabVIEW 2009.  What am I missing?  THANKS!

Ooops!  Found a post that mentioned loading the NI-VISA when loading the drives.  Went back and installed NI-VISA.  .exe seems to be working thus far.
