Hi All,
I am new to LabView and also PNA. I am running a test on Channel Modelling and can't seem to be able to get the calibrated data from the PNA. When i run the test on LabView using the VISA commands i am only able to see my Data which includes the Noise and other stuff. I want to be able to call up the file that has Data/Math.
Thank You
Ali

Hi Ali,
What PNA are you referring to? Are you talking about an Agilent PNA series device perhaps? If yes, what's the model number?
What is the protocol of the connection? GPIB?
Are you trying to run a particular shipping example in LabVIEW, or you've made your own vi?
If you could include a screenshot of your vi, it would be helpful.
What is the extention of the file you're trying to call?
Thanks,
Sammy Z.

Hi Sammy,
Yes I am talking about the Agilent PNA and the model number is E8362B. I believe i am using the GPIB. The issue is during my initialization I call for the file which I saved as Data/Math but on LabView i receive the Data file only so I have to take my data to MatLab for Calibration which i don't think MatLab is doing a great job at. I have attached a copy of my VI and SubVI's.
Thank you,
Ali

Hi Dennis,
I am new to LabView and the PNA so didn't really know much about the driver. Thank you for bringing my attention to it. I would still like to use my code but if not other alternative then i'll give the driver a shot.
Thank you
Ali
