Dear all,
based on standard NI driver I 'm trying to organize several measurements with HP4192A in Labeled 8.0:
- bias scan at a constant predetermined frequency and the oscillator level (CV measurement);
- bias scan at f = 0 Hz (IV measurement);
- frequency sweep at constant bias and the oscillator level (Z(f) measurement);
In the standard driver the measurements are running in the "auto sweep" mode without setting the frequency in "bias sweep" or bias and oscillator level in the "frequency sweep".
But I need to control these parameters and get the values step by step in the sweep, because I want to display and calculate the current values locally. As I'm trying "W1" command my VI do not works.
I'm wondering, if I need to use the "auto sweep" with "pause" command by reading or multi run the "W0" with floating window (Start+n; Step; Stop+2n) or something correct in my "manual sweep" command line?
