HP8924C Connected Test.vi: where is it?

An application was created to do tests on the HP8924C test set and it worked before my PC was reimaged. Now it can't find the "HP8924C Connected Test.vi". I have many other subVI's that are drivers for the 8924C and they are all found. Does anyone know if this driver is available? Or was it made by people at my office?

I should mention that this is using Labview and it can no longer find this subVI "HP8924C Connected Test.vi". I believe this vi just checked to see that a phone call is connected, is this driver available because I cannot find it in any of the hp8924c instrument drivers.

I created my own vi to check whether the device is connected or not. If you want a copy, just ask.
