I have been unable to communicate with the GPIB-RS232 convertor box with a "JDI technologies" GXMU-1200 USB to Serial convertor cable. Has anyone been able to make this happen?
So you're going from USB -> serial -> GPIB? I wouldn't be surprised if this would have "issues", especially when you put in products not made by NI with NI products. Why not just cut out the middle-man and go USB -> GPIB?
