Having problems installing the driver software

I am having problem installing the driver software for at-gpib/tnt board.Anytime I run the diagnostic test i always get the following error messages.I tried installing the software several times,still the same result.

ibdiag test-     Error reading NI-PNP.INI

ibtest test-      Unable to locate c;\Windows\GPIB.INI

GPIBinfo test- warning you do not have the GPIB.DLL driver installed.

I would appreciate if you could assist me in resolving this problem.
