Hi i need to get the HPGL from a spectrum analyzer to my loptop.Will you suggest me a cheapest & multipupose GPIB cable which could do it with out any GPIB card..?

You may consider using the GPIB-USB-B. You can then connect from USB to GPIB with a single device. You shouldn't need any additional cabling.
