How do we set "UnaddressingEnabled" using interactive control?

I have tried to set "UnaddressingEnabled" using the interactive control.

ud0: ibask 27
[0100] ( cmpl )
Current Value: 0x0 (decimal:0)

ud0: ibconfig 27 1
[0100] ( cmpl )
previous value: 0

ud0: ibask 27
[0100] ( cmpl )
Current Value: 0x1 (decimal:1)

ud0:q

Restart interactive control.

ud0: ibask 27
[0100] ( cmpl )
Current Value: 0x0 (decimal:0)

ud0:

After quitting interactive control, restart interactive control and use the ibask command to display the value of UnaddressingEnabled, which is 0x0.

How can I keep the UnaddressingEnabled value unchanged after quitting interactive control?

My hardware is shown in the figure below,

I am executing ibask and ibconfig commands using NI MAX interactive control.

I want to configure IbcUnAddr (0x1B) on NI's PCIe-GPIB board.
