How do you use an AT-GPIB/TNT card with Labview 8.0 (Run-Time Engine)

I have a relatively slow instrument control application (responce times of 200ms acceptable) so want to use older hardware that I have for this.  Wanting to run the application on an old PC using the run time engine.  The application works with GPIB-USB-B so am assuming my only problems are with the driver for the AT-GPIB/TNT card.  [link removed] says that driver 1.70 is required but [link removed] says that the driver is no longer availble for down load and refferes me back to the previous page (unfortunately I cannot find my old drivers at the moment).  With latest drivers one of the AT-GPIB/TNT cards is recognised by MAX but will not talk to insruments and the other (slightly older version has jumper links for IRQ...) is not recognised by MAX.  Suggestions please.

You can still get the 1.7 driver, but as it says in the product page that you reference, you need to "e-mail gpibpse@ni.com with the part number (sometimes abbreviated "Assy number") and serial number of the hardware you are using, along with your operating system and a brief explanation of what is needed."  If you do that you should be in good shape, at least as far as the driver is concerned.
