How to Assign a visa name to Fieldpoint port?

How do you a visa resource name to a com port on Fieldpoint.  I have communication with my Fieldpoint device, but when I try to wire a Visa control to the terminal on VISA config vi, the remote prots do not show up.  Any suggestions?

You cannot access the serial ports of the Fieldpoint controller straight from LabVIEW. These ports must be accessed through embedded programs running on the controller. This is done using targeted VI with LabVIEW RealTime.

If you dig in the Fieldpoint documentation, they explained the way how you can communicate with a Fieldpoint device via RS232 (forgot the name of the protocol, never used it) 

However you have to decide if you want to use the FP vi's OR do it the hard way by VISA. IF the FP driver open an .iak file the comport is not available for VISA (Maybe there is a way around, but I always avoid such 'tricks', they might not work after an update)
