How to connect TSI Mass Flow Calibrator 4040 with NI DAQ 6009 and lab view.?

I am new to Labview i am from Different stream of engineering i don't know how to connect this with Labview software so please help me in this regard and if possible send some model circuits......

I think your question has less to with LabVIEW and more to do with reading data sheets and connecting the electrical wires.

I do not know the TSI Mass Flow Calibrator 4040, but from what I can see on the web site it seams that you can connect it in two ways: ether using a serial port or using analog signals. I assume that you are looking at the later since you want to use a NI DAQ product.

 

Once you have read the data sheets for the flow calibrator and the NI DAQ 6009 your will be able to figure out if they are electrically compatible. If this is the case you wire it up and you are ready for the programming task in LabVIEW.

Here you can start out by using the DAQ Assistant. This will help you get data in to LabVIEW with minimum effort. However I would recommend getting acquainted with the DAQmx API to make more accomplished application.
