How to let my PXIe device to connect on NI pxie chassis

I would like to use NI Driver wizard to create an inf file to let my PC to connect my device.

Although I can use see my device in device manager of PC.

But when I open NI-MAX, I see my device can not under chassis.

The slot information are unkown.

How shoud I let my PXIe device to recongize slot infomation.?

my device type is PCIe endpoint.

Hi,

It seems that your device doesn't have a proper driver for it. Therefore, you should install the suitable device driver.

What kind of device is it? or is it a customer PXI device?

Thank you for your reply.

This device is customer's PXIe Card.

But we do not know how to hang up on chassis.

If it can connect with chassis , we can directly use Labview to assign slot.
