Hi Dennis,

Like you suggested, I have read other posts regarding issues on 82357 GPIB/USB interface. However, I still do not comprehend why the device, which is suppose to be on GPIB address:20, does not appear on MAX while it appears on both MAX's VISA Assistant and Agilent Connection Expert. Can you advise me on this?
