I am seeing VI with ? mark after installing a new instrument driver , what could be the issue?

I have saved the Instrument driver of E5061A in instr.lib folder . When I open the labview, the newly added instrument drivers are marked with " ? " marking. What could be the issue ?  The instrument driver of E5061A contains one *.llb , one _*.llb , many *.mnu  & one file without any extension with name " act_file_handling " .

Please help me on this.

checked all 3 versions posted (lv8, lv7, lv6) and the VI tree(s) don't seem to have any VIs missing (? instead of icons). The LV 6 version had to be mass-compiled so the * wouldn't show up and that has been updated.

Are the question marks in your menu palettes for the driver?  If so, you probably don't have the driver copied properly in your instr.lib folder.  It should look like this ...\instr.lib\agena.  The agena folder should contain all of the driver files.

Thanks Jason Hob . I have given a different name to the folder than agena.

Hi SMI,
You should keep the folder name with the default naming.  The folder names cannot easily be changed.  If you change the folder back to the default name and ensure that path is "...\instr.lib\agena" as Jason mentioned above, you should see all the VIs once you restart LabVIEW.
