I have no connectivity with my fieldpoint FP-DO-400

I am using FP-1000 hook up with RS-232, Windows XP, FieldPoint Explorer 3.0.2 (Build 177). When I Click on the Find Devices button in the com Resources Configuration Window in FieldPoint Explorer. I get "Error Identifying Module" Window. When I disconnect all modules from the FP-1000 it will find the device but when I connect the FP-DO-400 or FP-AI-100 I get the "Error Identifying Module" error.

Thanks for posting to the discussion forums.  There is actually a KnowledgeBase that I think will help you figure out what is going on.  It goes over  several troubleshooting tips you can try.  I hope this helps you out.
