I was unable to locate an instrument driver on our web page that fits your exact model. There is one for the 8720B/C for LabVIEW, but I do not know how similar this may be to your instrument. If you know the commands you need to make to your instrument, you could try changing an existing instrument driver to send your desired commands. The available drivers are located at:
ni.com>>Downloads>>Instrument Drivers>>Downloads
You could alos try contacting the instrument manufacturer to see if they have developed drivers for their instrument in LabVIEW.
