I'm having a similar problem and I've done all of the above accept
reinstalled LabView. I get the following error when call a IVI
driver programmatically or when I try to run the INI to XML converter:
IviConfigServer.IviConfigStore.1:Deserialize failed. Can not
create XML DOMDocument. Please check your XML parser installation.
As I said I've uninstalled ICP 2.2 and used the Shared Components
Cleanup Utility, rebooted and then reinstalled ICP 2.2. I've even
reinstall MSXML parser 3.0 sp5. I'm still getting this
error. Any other ideas or should I just bite the bullet and
reinstall LabView?
