IVI error BFFA0001 when controlling Agilent 6624A Power Supply

When changing the voltage on the 6624A I get this error only if I have set another power supply since initially setting the 6624A. The PS output actually changes to the correct voltage before getting the error message. Please see the two TestStand sequence examples. (PS0 = 6624A, PS2 = HP66101A in a 66000A chassis.)

Hello,
That error corresponds to an instrument generating an error(as opposed to the GPIB card or driver generating the error). Try using the InitializeWithOptions and set the query instr status option to false (0). If that does not work, check the instrument to see what error it generated and refer to the instrument's user manual to find you what it means.

The Error Generated is 6(NO QUERY), which indicates that the computer addressed the supply to talk, but did not first request data according to the instrument manual. I have now discovered that the error is set in the power supply when a subsequent instrument is configured. This can be observed by configuring a DMM after the power supply. However, if the DMM is configured before the PS and then READ after the power supply and before another instrument is configured the error is not generated. It seems like the GPIB address change is not immediately recognized by the 6624A power supply. Has anyone seen similar problems using this IVI driver? I never see this problem with the 6610X power supplies.
