From this info, nobody can say what is wrong.
Provide instrument, vendor, bus, software etc.

I converts the image into ASCII type and send it through Visa , then received the ASCII data and convert it to the corresponding  pixels Value ant Bitmap it with the same dimension of the source image ,but image is shifted in some lines of pixels and it happened with all Pictures at the same lines.

You still aren't making much sense. No one has any idea of what image, how you are converting, how you are tranmitting, reading, etc.

Since you are unwilling to provide any details, I can only conclude that you are not interested in getting your 'problem' solved. You have not provide any information except the statement 'it does not work'. You don't even want to tell anyone what programming language you are using.
