Interface and installation of my instrument with lab view and keithely, GPIB-USB-HS

Hai..

We have Keithleu 236 and lab view softwares and also GPIB-USB-HS. I got software of GPIB installed is NI-488.2 3.1.1 .

Now i got the indication like this.

1. In Kethely no indication

2. In GPIB + is got orange led in ready icon.

3. But if i runt the program i did find any results.

So can you tell the me the interfacing of the keithlye and alö for GPIB and also for computer.

I don't understand what you are saying. Where are you looking at the Keithley and why? What do you mean by GPIB+? What program are you trying to run?

After plugging in the USB-GPIB, is the software installation verified? Do you do a scan for instruments? Are any instruments found in MAX?

I want to characterize the Diode, Resistors and Transistor using Keithley Source measure unit. 

The components i have Keithley 236, GPIB-USB card and Lab view software. 

So i follow the procedure

Step 1: I installed the Labview software

Step 2: Then I installed Ni-488 that is NMAX and

Step 3 : Afte installin i searching the device interface and my device was found and also it displayed IP address also. 

Step 3. I download the example program from kiethley support website.

Step 3: Finally i run the following example program "237 SwpVMeasI-repeat.llb" using those GPIB address in keithley 236. Its working now.

My difficulties is, it is a linear/pulsed sweep program so i cant able to use that program for my applications.

I want to studies Current-Voltage and Voltage- current, Resistance meansurement using these instruments. But i am not familar in writing the coding for that so i will you please provide me or tell me how to write the propgram codes for that. And also tell how to interface that program with my keithely deivce. 

One more thing is i get some software related to my meansurments but i cant able to use that one. Becuase i dont how to change that program according to my instrument codes. I here with attached the those program.

The dected device from NMAx is GPIB::14::INSTR

The driver here may help you. I would suggest that you first learn how to setup the measurement manually. Then study the programming manual to understand what commands you need and the parameters for them. Good luck.

Thank you for your reply. That driver directly help me in lot. For the past few days i learn some bacis idea about the Labview programming. 

Now i got some labview current voltage measurement program so in dont know how to activate that program in my Instruments. So for the past one week i try to do the linking my self but i cant able to attain my goal. Could you please interface that software accroding to my instruments. 

It would be great pleasure to you. 

I here with attached the boht the drivers along the interfacing the Software which i need. 

Frankly, i am looking labview program as like a lab tracer for all the electrical measurements of my Nanomaterials. Because we have the equipments but becuse of this we cant able use this those instruments. So please help me.
