Interfacing with a Tripp-lite SU40 UPS using RS-485

Has anyone designed any Labview code to interface with the Tripp-lite SU40 UPS device via the RS-485 interface?

Hi QRP,

Unfortunately, National Instruments does not supply examples specifically for the Trip-lite SU40 UPS device.  You may want to contact Trip-lite and check if they have any LabVIEW examples they can supply.  Additionally, depending on the driver you are using, you may be able to find examples for serial IO.  For instance, if you are using the NI VISA driver, there are shipping examples for serial write and read.  These can be found by going to Help > Find Examples.
