Is it possible for multiple read and write sessions with a VISA?

Ok, I am still stuck with no local variables thing. Here is the VI with a situation, now please tell me how do you wire all the constants to the 'string'?
And how do you post a picture than the whole VI?
 Is there anything in LabVIEW for that purpose?
I have still not gone through the tutorials.
