If you can not find one on www.ni.com/idnet, and even the vendor does not offer a instrument driver, then there is none available. You can request a driver on www.ni.com/idnet, but it is not sure that a driver for this device is programmed then. This depends on how many people request that driver. Even if one is made it will take a while until the driver would be finished.
So unfortunately I think the only fast solution is to use standard VISA functions to communicate with your device.
