If there are Vista drivers, you can try installing them in Compatibility mode.

Unfortunately, we don't have a driver that supports the PCMCIA-232/4 on Windows 7.  The first version that supports Windows 7 is the first version that does not support the PCMCIA card.  Sorry that it turned out this way!  The first Windows 7 compatible version is NI-Serial 3.5.1, which is the same version that the PCMCIA card stopped being supported in.  Feel free to look at NI-Serial readme if you have any other questions!
